Bloom Stool

My first furniture - crafted entirely from thin rods, its radiating structure is light in appearance yet structurally sound. An experimental take on excluding everything a seating has - cushioning, legs, soft materials and a planar seating surface. Bloom's subtle bounce invites playful interaction, making it ideal for patios and balconies.

I

DEATION

S

As my first

independent build, it marked a moment of reassurance,

as the design I chose was very experimental, structurally tricky but I wasn't afraid to fail.

The two week intensive course, required rapid ideation.

To break from my usual drawing patterns, I set certain ryders or constraints for every page, allowing me to reach

creative ideas quicker.
